Redesign of the AutoTrader.com Dealer Community application to broaden the value proposition to dealers, and to diversify ATC's revenue model by strengthening their customer engagement through new capabilities, services, and touchpoints.
Through user research, close collaboration with an integrated client team, and iterative testing with car dealers, the redesign significantly improved dealers' ability to make smart purchase & sell decisions on their used vehicle inventory; provided greater visibility into inventory positions and relevant market trends; and improved their ability to present and merchandise vehicles in relation to the competition.
